Ordering Your Grad Pack

Congratulations! The UTD Bookstore is happy to be able to deliver your free Spring 2021 Graduation Celebration Package.

You need to complete the following steps in order to apply the credit which makes the grad pack free. If you follow these steps, you will not be asked to enter any other payment information. Please note that no other items can be included with this order. Any questions should be directed to 1163asm@follett.com.

  • Go to the UTD Bookstore website.
  • You can find the grad pack by selecting “Graduation” under the “Shop” menu at the top (1), or by typing “Spring 2021 Grad Pack” in the search bar (2).

  • Select the Spring 2021 Grad Pack and click “Add To Bag” on the bottom right.
  • The grad pack has a price listed, but the pack itself is free.

  • Sign in, create an account or check out as a guest.

  • Choose delivery or pickup and enter your shipping address if necessary. If you have any notes or comments for us, check the special instructions box and type them there. Express shipping is not available for grad packs; the free credit only covers standard shipping.

  • Select “Bookstore Charge Fin Aid/VA/Workforce/Etc.” as payment method, then enter your student ID and click on the “Find Accounts” button. The credit has been attached to your student ID number and will cover the cost of the grad pack.

  • Agree to the terms and conditions and click “Pay with this.” The credit covers the grad pack and standard shipping, which means the grad pack is now free.

  • If there are any restricted items, you will see the “restrictions in bag” link pop up below the account name. You will only be able to purchase a grad pack using this credit.
  • Enter or confirm your contact information and click “place order.” Email confirmations and updates will come from either utd@bkstr.com or an @efollett.com email. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with a link to the tracking information.
